But Abs Exercise should Done Alternate days. One Day Lats and Leg raises, Sit-ups,Flutter kicks. Next you have to Continue with your Routine Workout of Biceps. And Then Chest workout  and Abs Exercise on Incline Bench Lower Sit-ups of 3 sets with 15 Repetitions.
